				I bought a pair of sunglasses, I’m hard to fit and I found just the right pair! I proceeded to run over the case with my car, just the corner, but it ruined the case. The glasses, were fine, and the Spectacle Shop gave me a new case. I appreciate this great shop being local, friendly and with great service.

				I can't say enough about the team at WSS. Knowledgeable about what would look great on me and courteous through the entire process. They worked with me on the insurance component as well so they are 100% conscious of the costs as well for everyone that comes in. I replace my "vision ware" every 2 years and I'm already looking forward to going back. If you aren't going to the team there ... well you should ! It was 100% my pleasure to give this review. Huge thanks everyone at Westborough Spectacle Shoppe !!!! 🙂

						I can't say enough about the team at WSS. Knowledgeable about what would look great on me and courteous through the entire process. 				Visiting a small town optical shop always feels better that going to a chain store. The customer service and quality here is unmatched. Optician Tammy is always the most helpful and knowledgeable. I never want to get glasses from anyone else.

				Great experience!! Needed new progressives and got them in both regular and sun glasses but while I was there Rich told me about computer glasses that I never knew existed. I spend no less than 8 hours a day in front of a computer and these new computer glasses are a game changer!! Thank you Rich and WSS for a great experience!!

						Great experience!! Needed new progressives and got them in both regular and sun glasses but while I was there Rich told me about computer glasses that I never knew existed. 				I have been getting my safety glasses for years through them, specifically working with Jim. He handles all of the paperwork involved with the ordering process. We picked out a stylish frame that I could wear every day, and also recommend a particular tint that gave me a sharper image, with I wear my safety glasses all day, even when I’m driving. They come detachable side guards if I need them which came in handy during Covid or messy work. he has even taken extra time to adjust my secondary pair of glasses while fitting my new safety glasses.

				Great service. Jim didn't just sell and fit my glasses. He explained some of the finer points of the transition lenses. We got to talking about a range of topics (electric cars, business, the economy) while he fitted them. A good time was had by all.

				Too bad you can't give more than 5 stars! My family and I have been using Westborough Spectacle Shoppe since they opened over 30 years ago. Their service is incredible. They take the time to make sure your glasses are properly adjusted and comfortable to wear. They have an excellent selection of reasonably priced frames and are super helpful when it comes to making decisions. They will always attempt to fix your glasses if they break or need adjustments. And their turn around and response time is quick when ordering glasses and contacts! As a bonus, Dr. Kralian is also an amazing O.D. and does exams at the shop a few times a week.

				Awesome service and selection is excellent. Much better than going to any big box store or chain. Customer service is # One to them. I can understand why they have been in business for over 45 years. Highly recommend to anyone. Great doctor onsite too, I have never had such a comprehensive eye exam before like I did at Westborough Spectacle Shoppe.

				I've known Ed Healy for many years. I started going to W.S.S. when my father, and optometrist retired. In fact, Ed and Jim made his last pair of glasses. Ed, Jim, and Donna, along with the optometrist they have are perfection. I go in often to get my glasses adjusted. Ed tells me I'm a little off kilter, a great joke between us. Every frame and lenses I have bought there lasts for years. I had BEBE frames that last almost 20 years and were still in tiptop shape when I donated them earlier this year. Parking is easy and the shoppe is kept in immaculate condition. Each frame is cleaned on a regular basis; so, you don't have to worry, if you're putting on a frame that has collected cooties!
